  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and true.

3. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed (including Kaptaan and Peshawari chappals) are subject to availability.
  • Product images on the site are for representation; slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur as each item is handcrafted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made through the methods available on our website (e.g., bank transfer, COD, payment gateways).
  • OmochiWears is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location. Estimated delivery time will be shared at checkout or via confirmation message.
  • OmochiWears is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original box/packaging with tags intact.
  • Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
