Refund and Returns Policy

T1. Return Window


You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, boxes, packaging, accessories (if any) must be intact and returned along with the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via email at [insert your support email] (or via our “Contact Us” page) within 5 days.
  • In your message, include your order number, item name, reason for return, and attach a photo (if the product is damaged or defective).
  • We will reply with instructions (return address, shipping method, return authorization) within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the return:

  • We will inspect the item to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions (unused, tags, etc.).
  • If it passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • It may take 5–7 business days (or more, depending on your bank) to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty/damaged items or wrong delivery.

7. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange (e.g. for a different size or color), treat it as a return + new order. Once we receive your return and approve it, you can place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return (unless there’s a defect). Examples may include:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

9. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately (within 5 days) with photos.
  • We will cover the return shipping and either issue a full refund or send the correct item, at your choice (based on availability).

10. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. After shipping, you must follow the return process above.
  • A cancellation before dispatch is eligible for a full refund (except any payment gateway or transaction fees, if non-refundable).
